Tiny teardrop trailer forts for kids?

The teardrop trailer/camper shown is actually a home built job, and a small version at that, but why not take something as tiny as a landscaping trailer, even one a mere 5' or 6' in length, and build a tiny, tiny plywood shelled version for kids as a fort or a playhouse/clubhouse? Then again, to build one 7' or 8' long, when the kids do outgrow it, it STILL could be used for camping by adults, or marketable in terms of resale- not that you need to be thinking THAT far ahead- it never hurts though....
